    Outlook 2013 calendar invitation.

    Hello,

    I solicits your help for a display issue invitations in outlook 2013 with zextras:

    When I received the invitation message it is accompanied by an ics attachment and not with buttons "accept" "temporary" "decline"

    When I double click on the ICS file this error appear:

    "The operation failed. An object could not be found"

    The event is added to the calendar, but we do not know what date given that we do not view it.

    This problem does not occur when I use an account outlook.com

    Do you have any idea about it?

    Could you please report the information mentioned on section 3.1 and 3.7.1 of the "How to report a ZeXtras Suite issue" guide and send a sample email (in .eml format) to community@zextras.com?

    This issue is not directly related to ZeXtras Mobile, it appears that it's a client issue...

    I see, but can't zxmobile convert the ICS in a way outlook understands it?

    Hello cassoac!

    We are currently investigating the issue to verify if there is a chance to apply a server-side workaround, but right now I can only say that IF a workaround is possible it won't be included in ZeXtras Suite 1.8.17...

    Right now the only workaround is to accept an appointment directly from the calendar, as Zimbra parses the invite itself and creates an "unaccepted" appointment which is then synchronized by Outlook.
