    ZxMobile Outgoing Mail

    I have Zxmobile setup on my Zimbra 8.0.6 server and enabled on my account.

    I was able to get my Galaxy Note 2 synced up, and emails come through instantly which is great. However the problem is when I go to send email i get stuck at "Retrieving account information...."

    Any ideas?

    Could you please tell me your ZeXtras Suite and Android version, as well as the protocol version in use?

    Android Version = 4.3

    Zextras Suite = 1.8.13

    I am using EAS = 12.1

    I also tried without EAS and got the same results.

    Hi,

    Today a customer report me the same problem.

    All works but he cannot send email.

    We have a zimbra 8.0.6 with zextra 1.8.13.
    He has a Samsung Galaxy S4 with Android 4.2 (i am not totally sure).

    Monday, i will upgrade zimbra and zextra to the latest version.

    I'll give me my feedback, but maybe you already found a solutuion ?

    Hello!

    There is a known issue in Samsung's EAS implementation that causes the very same issue, I'd suggest you to have a look at Bug 105 ? Unable to send mail Samsung Galaxy S4 Android 4.3 Exchange Activesync and ZxMobile Admin Guide - ZeXtras Suite Wiki for more info and a quick workaround...

    I believe it was just a Samsung Note 2 issue with Android 4.3

    I have the HTC One M8 now and there are zero issues.
