    zExtras Mobile 1.8.8 on Zimbra 7.1.2 iPhone 3 ios6/4S ios7 not synching contacts

    No idea where to begin troubleshooting Zextras, particularly Zextras Mobile.
    Synching is not working with contacts at all. Are there certain ports required
    to be available for synch to work?

    Hi tgx,

    I have two advices for you, first of all, please update Zextras Suite to the latest version (1.8.12). Then, if the problem persists, take a look to our wiki, we have a guide "How_to_report_a_ZeXtras_Suite_issue" with a section dedicated to ZxMobile module.

    As last note, the ActiveSync protocol uses only port 443/https (or 80/http if you don't use SSL), so if you have configured your device correctly all contacts should be synced as well as mail or calendars.
