    ZCS 8.0.5 + 1.8.11 Content mailbox does not appear

    Dear, good afternoon.
    I have my server in the ZCS 8.0.5 + 1.8.11 Zextras where Zextras Mobile use only. The version I have is still the test (trial). But I have two problems:
    1) Outlook 2013 does not synchronize the Inbox folder. There appears no item there. The other folders sync, where items appear;

    2) In cell phones I-Phone, the only appear-mail's coming in the inbox after I set up the account. All messages are in the inbox, output, sent date and have less than one in which I added the account in I-Phone, do not appear.

    I would like to have some additional informations in order to properly assist you, could you please have a look at the "How to report a ZeXtras Suite issue" announcement thread and report all relevant informations specified there? Please email the Account Logger logfiles for both clients to community@zextras.com.

    Meanwhile, a couple of things off the top of my head

    1) Outlook did not stand out for being the most performing EAS client in the world, so in case of a large Inbox folder it might take some time for items to appear. Also, make sure you are running the latest Outlook2013 version available, which at the moment is 15.0.4551.1005.

    2) iOS clients usually set the "days to synchronize" option as low as 3 or 1 day, so please make sure that there are actually emails in your inbox for this timeframe. You can change this setting from Settings -> Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> (your account) -> "Days to Sync".

    * Even after the update (windows update) Outlook 2013 the problem continues. Only the inbox is not synchronized. Sync.log analyzed the log file and the following lines appear:

    As for safety, I changed the domain name to xxx.com.br

    The error you reported is a warning that should not affect the synchronization, could you please create an Account Logger file as explained in the "How to report a ZeXtras Suite issue" announcement thread and email it to community@zextras.com? Please do not edit the file in any way...

    * After upgrading Outlook 2013 through Windows Update, the timing worked properly. Only contacts from the GAL do not appear in Outlook. That's setting or Zextras Mobile does the timing of the contacts? Thank you. Marcio

    Hello mgentil!

    The Global Address List is not synchronized through the Exchange ActiveSync protocol. I am aware that Outlook 2013 allows the user to set up an external LDAP Address Book, but I honestly never tried this feature and I received mixed feedbacks from some users...

    If you wish to try, the appropriate settings can be found at File -> Account Settings -> Address Books. You need to click on "New" and then select "Internet Directory Service (LDAP)" as the Address Book type.
