    Text only push?

    I have set-up my Sony Xperia Z phone and tablet via exchange synchronization as per the how-to I found, but both devices only receive the pushed mail as text. No html and no graphics are sent so some pages are scant to say the least.
    Can I receive mail in html format? And if so, how, please?
    It's driving me mad.

    Hi jB and welcome to the forums.

    your question has been already asked on this thread: ActiveSync shows e-mail in plaintext instead of HTML, but now you don't need to use any cli commands to enable EAS14 for your user, you just need to enable a checkbox on zxmobile tab of Zimbra Administration Console.

    Dear d0s0n,

    Thank you very much for the steer.
    Although I have the latest zxextras suite, the ability to change the EAS by check-box or tab was not offered to me.
    I therefore resorted to using the zxsuite command and added the EAS14 and EAS14.1 filters manually.
    I then reset the devices and after a reload of the web admin for zimbra saw that the devices had been upgraded to 14.1.

    So thanks for the joint effort I am now a happy bunny.

    Hello Britesc!

    The "Use EAS14Beta" checkbox can be found in the "ZxMobile" tab within each user's account settings (in Zimbra 8's Admin Console:" Manage" > "Accounts" > left click on account > "Edit").
    I strongly suggest you to remove the manually-applied filter and enable this checkbox, as manual filters are not shown anywhere in the GUI and this might cause some confusion.

    Thank you very much. I will do this as I have to migrate the server to a new IP address and fqdn soon. More help will be wanted I am sure.
