Hi d0s0n!
As I can say now, everything works fine for us. I did some AccountReset on affected IDs and a WindowsPhone client deleted and recreated it ... I have a debug Log while recreating the WindowsAccount if you need this for your devs?
But now i have another problem with one Android client after resetting the account

I will send your devs the debug log
Thanks for your great support

Hello everybody!
We are testing a patched ZeXtras Suite build that should solve once and for all the issue (without even needing to reset the syncstate of the device)...
Velvet, can you please send me another log extract like yesterday's to make sure that the cause is the very same than the one before the syncstate reset?
mo23, can you please also describe the new issue you are experiencing? The lines you reported look fine...
Have a nice day,

Hi Cine!
I have sent a debug.log to community@zextras.com ... but it seems that it is getting better now. After resetting the account this PING request was every second ...
I will have a look on it as I resetted some more affected accounts
Regards
Moritz
iPad Account has the same problem after reset like velvet documentated

Hello everybody!
The Dev Team just built a patched ZeXtras Suite package for this case, you can download it from http://www.zextras.com/download/zext...6ef52a4da4.tgz
Please install this package as a normal update and let me know if the issue is solved!

Hello everybody!
I just had a talk with the Dev Team and after a further analysis it seems we stumbled on an iOS bug/misbehaviour, as the requests sent by the device are incomplete (and thus, out of protocol specifications).
We are working to add a server-side workaround, stay tuned!
