    Question Blank Active Sessions List

    We are seeing very similar symptoms to Bug 65 ? Active session list empty

    One big difference is that sync.log is not being updated at all. On one account we have enabled a logger to see whether that gets written to. The client is receiving their emails so the underlying system is working.

    We have reset the device to see if that helps.

    Any further debugging we could enable ?

    Please allow me with a kind of stupid question: Is it possible that the client is synchronizing through IMAP instead of EAS?
    I've never seen such a behaviour for which both the sync.log and the account loggers are "inactive", but usually If both the sync.log and the account loggers are empty it means that no data is being synchronized through ZeXtras Mobile...

    We see the inbound connection in /opt/zimbra/log/2013_04_16.trace.log, which is retrieving from /m/zmain on port 443, and the phone is showing as registered in the device list.

    Hello Innovot!

    /m/* is the path for the mobile webclient, my guess is that the user is using a browser on the device to log into Zimbra...
    Could you please verify with the user?

    Interestingly we have tested an Android device and that is working fine.

    We have reached out to the client to confirm but as we set it up for them I would be very surprised if they have changed anything.

    Hello Innovot!
    Can you see any entry in the trace.log for that client's user for the "yourdomain.com/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync" URL? If so, does the deviceID on that lines match with the iPhone of the client?
