    iphone does not push subfolder - with email alias

    hello zextras team, my customer complain that the iPhone does synchronize the sub folders
    inbox
    -- subfolder
    -- subfolder
    -- etc
    - for your information it has one physical account and 4 alias emails.

    1.it has one physical account > it works okay - because all these messages goes to inbox.
    2. sub folder 1 > going here the first alias email - web access it is okay , but the iPhone does showing anything.
    3. sub folder 2 > going here the second alias email - web access it is okay , but the iPhone does showing anything.

    any ideas what happens ?

    i use the last version zextras 1.8.1
    zimbra 8.0.2
    and the customer use this
    iPhone 4G iOS 5.0.1

    Hello noname,

    the list of PUSH folders is a device setting and it can be changed only in iOS6+, so unfortunately your customer's device does not allow to choose which folders to PUSH-sync.

    If the folder is not a PUSH one, items will be synchronized when the folder is accessed. If no emails show up after entering a folder, please activate an Account Logger on the customer's account as explained at ZxMobile Troubleshooting - ZeXtras Suite Wiki, ask the customer to access that very folder and send the related log to community@zextras.com .
    I'll check the log with the devs to search for any issue.

    SORRY!

    I doublechecked, and PUSH folders can be also selected in iOS5.x from the "Mail, Contacts and Calendar" menu tapping on your account. I think, however, that the first sync must be completed in order to show the option.
