    iphone and android device for 1 mailbox

    We have a user with 2 devices, an iOS (iPhone) and an Android 4.1.2 tablet.
    Somehow sync thru ZxMobile does not work correctly for this user.
    When he used only his iPhone everything was fine.

    Hello Perry.

    Synchronizing the same account on more than one device should not be an issue, since the two devices are trated as separate entities and don't interact with each other...

    In order to help you I need more informations about the issue:

    - What do you mean by "sync thru ZxMobile does not work correctly"? Is there an error message of some sort displayed on the mobile? Any strange behaviour?
    - Can you see the devices in the "Registered Devices" list in the ZeXtras Administration Zimlet?
    - Can you see any errors related to this user in the /opt/zimbra/log/sync.log file?
    - Did you set up an Account Logger (
    http://wiki.zextras.com/wiki/ZxMobile_Troubleshooting#Account_Loggers_and_Mobil e_Troubleshooting) on the user to see if at least the firsy synchronization is completed?
