    ZMobile not syncing Emails after 07/30/2012 on Samsung Galaxy 2

    Hello,

    Would like to ask if anyone has encountered this issue, tried resetting the device on the Zextras Menu found at Zimbra Administration page but still the same. keep on seeing this on the sync.log

    Same user is also using IPhone to sync mails no problems there only on Android

    Any Ideas ?

    Hello,
    to better analyse your issue we need to have some additional information on your phone such:
    - android Version
    - when do you have updated last time
    - have you deleted the account also on the phone?

    Hi Sir,



    You'll find in the attached a screenshot of my about the phone screen.
    Moreover, I've archived all messages in my inbox yesterday and saved it
    offline via Thunderbird. So virtually all that's left are today's
    messages only, and the stock "Email" app appears to behave normal so
    far, meaning I receive new emails fine.

    Nevertheless, my other concern is that when I open/read new messages
    from the stock "Email" app of my Android device, the same is not marked
    read in the server. The same is not particularly true when I read the
    message from my iPhone, which is using the same ActiveSync technology.

    sorry for the late response.

    We are aware that Samsung's ActiveSync implementation on ICS/Jellybean is kinda troublesome. We are currently working to improve the situation, but being this a client-side issue I can give no ETA...
