    Calendar entry wrong after reminder change on Android

    Hello,


    When changing the alarm period on Android on a calender item that was created in Zimbra, the calender event then gets put back 1 day on Zimbra, whereas it appears fine on Android.


    Steps to reproduce.

    1. In Zimbra desktop or web-client create an all day event with an alarm of 1 hour.
    2. Sync Android and edit the calendar event just created and change the alarm to 2 days.
    3. In Zimbra destop or web-client refresh the calendar and the event will now be for the previous day.

    Specs.

    Zimbra - 7.2 opensource
    Zextras - 1.4.0
    Phone - HTC Desire HD
    Phone OS - Android 2.3.5

    I may have time today in the Office to test on a few more different Andorid Phones and a iPhone. I will post the results.

    Hoping the test phase goes well as I would like to deploy ZxMobile to 50 mailboxs.

    Hello Mekon,

    from our analisys of this issue it appears that when editing an all-day appointment the client resets the timezone for the appointment to a Null value, which is interpreted as GMT by ZeXtras Mobile. This means that the item is actually moved back or forward of one or more hours, thus moving the all-day appointment to the day before or after.

    We are currently working on a workaround, which will probably be included in the next release of ZeXtras Suite.

    UPDATE: A workaround has been found and it has been added to the production tree. It will be available starting from ZeXtras Suite 1.4.1.

    First of all sorry for the delay.

    I have just upgraded to 1.4.1 and can confirm that this problem has been resolved

    One thing, as we have not been testing ZeXtras for a while due to other work commitments; could I be cheeky and ask for and extended trial license (even a week extra would be helpful) ?
