    Smile Question for sync mail

    i have a zimbra server with a demo of Zextras Suite. In my account zimbra ( i configure an external e-mail account (, in my android device, when i do "New E-mail", i see only a Main account in "From", how can i insert all external account in my mobile device?

    welcome to the forums!

    Adding and managing external accounts is a feature entirely managed by the Zimbra Web Client, while no such feature is available through the Exchange ActiveSync protocol. Thus, if you need to access more accounts on your mobile you'll have to set up a single configuration for each one (e.g. your Zimbra Account through Exchange Active Sync/ZeXtras Mobile and the other one through IMAP or any other suported protocol).
