    Remote Wipe

    Hello,

    Remote Wipe is very important for us. Sales told us it's being worked on. When can we expect this funcionality?

    welcome to the forums!

    Right now there is no ETA for Remote Provisioning, of which the Remote Wipe function is part.
    ZeXtras Suite 1.4.0 will introduce Shared Items, and Remote Provisioning will probably be introduced afterwards (in the 1.4 branch).

    Sahared Items and Remote provisioning have been postponed, both features will be released with version 2.0 of ZeXtras Suite.
    I'll make an announcement with the official ETA as soon as it is available

    Could you null the contacts and email and have that sync as a interim solution ?

    Is remote wipe supposed to be working now? v 2.0.1

    I have ZxMobile licensed, CoS setup to the best of my knowledge; I can select the Wipe Device button, but after the obligatory 10 second delay and checkbox to make sure you understand the implications, the Wipe button remains greyed (disabled).

    The "Wipe Device" feature is indeed supposed to be working, could you please let me know the browser you're using, your locale settings and send a screenshot of the issue to community@zextras.com along with any error you can find in your browser's dev tools when accessing the Admin Console in Dev Mode (by adding "?dev=1" at the end of the URL, e.g. https://mail.yourdomain.com:7071/?dev=1).
