    Calendar sync - very slow


    I'm evaluating your product for my agency and everything works: my compliments. However, calendar sync is very slow and invitations are not being sent. When I create an event it never shows up in the Zimbra calendar even after refreshing various times. But if I receive some mail the event then shows up in the calendar also (and the invitations are sent). This is from my Android device (Galaxy Nexus GSM with ICS 4.0.4) to Zimbra.

    When creating the events in Zimbra the syncing is done instantly and everything works as it should.

    Is there something I'm missing?

    Hello William,
    welcome to the forums!

    We are aware that Samsung's ICS release is causing some major issues on many devices, we are currently runnig a deep test session to gather a list of common issues and provide the related workarounds (for those issues which can be "eluded" serverside).

    Meanwhile, feel free to activate an AccountLogger on your account as described HERE and email me your logfile ( so that I'll be able to see what's the specific problem.
