    Zextra Mobile and Ipad

    We have installed Zextras Mobile trial version on server Zimbra 7.2.0.
    We have active Zextra mobile for a single zimbra account.
    We wolud sync this account zimbra with Iphone iOS 5.1.1 but displays this error 'Unable to verify the information'.
    Can we help me?

    Hello Angela,
    welcome to the forums!

    The "Unable to verify information" error can be caused by many different issues including:
    - Low mobile/wifi signal
    - Wrong SSL configuration (if your server is using a self-signed certificate you'll have to allow the certificate when prompted)
    - Wrong account credentials
    - Wrong account setting (S-MIME must be turned off)

    Can you see any ZeXtras-related error any of the following files?
    Code:
    /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log
    /opt/zimbra/log/sync.log

    Thanks for the quick response.
    We have tested Zextras Mobile with another smartphone ed it is connected!

    We are looking for the setting that produces the error in question.
