    [SOLVED] Failed password attempt action

    Hi

    just a quick one...
    What is the consequence of too many failed password attempts when using the MDM function of ZxMobile?
    Does it simply lock the account or does it wipe the mobile device?
    Can't seem to find the answer in the documentation.

    I raised a support ticket with Zextras and they kindly informed me that the action taken is device dependent and down to the manufacturer/software vendor as to how the device reacts to failed passwords attempts.
    Some will wipe and others just lock the device.
