    ZxMobile Broken - Device list empty

    ZxMobile is broken on my server. Here is a screenshot.

    I should see at least 5 devices.

    I'm running Zimbra 8.7.2_GA_1736 (build 20170131053933) + Zextras 2.4.6 on CentOS 6.8.

    This has been working for months (years), something has gone wrong since last update.

    Any idea ?

    Hello, Marcet.
    It seems you have some javascript problems.

    Typically, they are related to anti-DDoS filter setting, bad data in zimlet cache or Network or proxy error.

    Could help running a 'zmprov flush all' and trying append "?dev=1" to admin url.

    Could you please check if there are any errors (503 are a signal of DDoS Filter) in network panel and/or in javascript console of your browser?

    Hi Luca,

    Thanks for this answer. 'zmprov flush all' doesn't seem to exist.
    So I tried zmprov flushCache all. And tada -> It works !!

    I had to clear the navigator cache also, but I'm fine with the list now.

    Now, I need to re-sync my devices. Can you confirm the way to do it is to click the Reset Device button ?

    Hum... Not so fast.

    The problem append again after a few minute.
    Still looking for a solution.

    BTW adding ?dev=1 doesn't work.

    The problem seems to be with the Filter field.
    If I enter "android", the device list is populated.

    Sounds like a bug to me

    Hi, Marcet.

    I'm sorry for the typo!

    To completely resync the device, you can delete the synchronisation history by click on the "remove" button.

    Regarding the filter, the mobile device list is popoulated by an Ajax call. Could you please check your browser's network panel (Tools -> Developer Tools -> Network) if there are any errors?

    No errors shown on Network Developer Tool.
