    Sync With Iphone IOS 10

    Hi Cine,

    I have a problem to synchronize with a Zimbra account and iphone version IOS 10.

    The same account with an android operating properly.

    The error message indicates that the verification of the identity of the server is not possible !!

    What can I do ?

    Hello David!

    The first step in troubleshooting this would be to add a debug-level Account Logger to the affected mailbox, reproduce the issue and check for errors in the resulting log file - based on the error that appears (or on the absence of it) you can know more about what's happening... Feel free to share your results here or open a Tech Support request at Zextras Support Portal!

    Hi Cine,

    Well when i go to /opt/zimbra/log/sync.log i have nothing in the file about the sync. I see the sync between my zimbra account and my android phone, it's ok and work. But with the iphone nothing ...

    Could you tell me where to look ? I don't know where the log file is located ?

    Hello David!

    You need to manually create the Account Logger as described at https://wiki.zextras.com/wiki/ZxMobi...roubleshooting - make sure to set it to "debug" verbosity. If nothing happens in there either it means that the device can't reach the appropriate handler, so please check your proxy and network config...

    Well i do debug.
    You find my log file.
    With my samsung android phone no problem, i synchronise the account (see the log file)
    With my iphone 6 iOs10 nothing in the log file !!!
    I have always an error as the picture ???
    I don't understand why it's ok with samsung ...
    If you have an idea ???

    It looks like it's a certificate issue, are you using a self-signed certificate or a certificate that's not supported by iOS10?

    I'm using a self-signed certificate. I suppose it's the certificate in zimbra server by defaut... I don't create a certificate.

    Hi,

    I have always the same mystake !!
    Only with IOS 10, Android Work !!!
    What can i do with this certificate ? Can i modify the certificate ? And how ?
