I'd need some additional informations in order to help you, such as:
- Zimbra Version
- ZeXtras Version
- iOS Version
Also please raise the Log Level to "Debug" in the Core tab of the ZeXtras Adminstration Zimlet, try to set up the synchronization again on the mobile device and paste here any error for your user found in the /opt/zimbra/log/sync.log file.
