    No news about reported issue, customers are angry !

    Hello,

    We reported an issue (https://bugzilla.zextras.com/show_bug.cgi?id=174) but we have no feedback, neither on bugzilla, nor on twitter. We didn't even get a simple ack saying teams are analysing, we are wondering what kind of service we are paying for ?

    Since nobody seems to care about issues, does anyone know a working procedure to revert back from 2.2.0 to 2.0.4 ?

    Hello Nicolas!

    All bug reports are investigated by our Dev Team, and their feedback is reported as soon as available: specifically, the iso-8859-1 encoding issue you reported has just been reproduced and confirmed, and a fix will be available within a couple of days in ZeXtras Suite 2.2.1.

    If you wish to revert back to ZeXtras Suite 2.0.4 for the time being, you need to:
    * Uninstall ZeXtras Suite 2.2.0 running the installer with the "-u all" arguments.
    * Run the ZeXtras Suite 2.0.4 installer (package can be found here)
    Please remember that, albeit in this case we've specifically tested the process, downgrading is not officially supported.

    Furthermore, customers can also get in touch with our Support Team by opening a ticket at ZeXtras Support Portal - by logging in with your ZeXtras Account, the same used for the ZeXtras Store, the system will automatically recognize you as a customer and place your request on a high-priority queue.

    Thanks for your feedback.

    Happy you could reproduce. If a patch comes out soon, we'll wait a bit more...

    I know there is no official supported procedure to downgrade, however I remembered there is an unofficial way but couldn't remember it.
