    Question Calendar event details in outlook?

    Are you not supposed to be able to view shared calendar event details in outlook? For instance one user creates an event, adds some details about the event and posts to their calendar, others can see the event but any details listed are blank. Is this normal?

    Hello schristopher!

    That's not normal, could you please add a debug-level Account Logger to the affected account, reproduce the issue and open a Support Ticket at ZeXtras Support Portal reporting the information mentioned in sections 3.1 and 3.7 of the "How to report a ZeXtras Suite issue" guide and attaching the Account Logger file?
