    Outlook 2013 disconnected

    Hi, everyone

    We have Zimbra 8.5.0 with Zextras 2.0.4 and we are having a lot of problems with Outlook 2013 with EAS.
    When I start Outlook, it connects to the server, but after a while it disconnect and only connects if I restart outlook.

    I searched on mailbox.log for some clue but no success.

    Is there something I could do??

    Hello Rodrigo!

    I'd suggest to a "debug" level Account Logger to the affected account and reproduce the issue: if you see any connection-related error there feel free to post the full error message here, otherwise if the connection just drops I'm afraid the cause of the issue is related to either Outlook or your connection/network/proxy...
