Waiting for server response outlook 2013

I know this has been gone over in another thread here, when setting up outlook 2013 it does not pull in any new messages. I have tried to change the ZxMobile_WindowSizeLimit to 25, then changed it to 10 and still no luck. I've removed all accounts out of outlook and have cleared out all of the data files then created the account new, I have setup logging on my user account as suggested in the troubleshooting wiki page and the only message that appears is:

2015-07-22 14:00:36,252 [qtp509886383-844:https://XxX.XxX.XxX.X.x.X:8443/Micro...er-ActiveSync] info Device asked server configurations, available EAS versions: 14.0

    Any other suggestions?

    Hello scristopher!

Is the Account Logger set to "debug" verbosity?

    Cine,
I turned it to debug shortly after and waited a few hours - nothing really happened there was a good amount of data in the log after setting it to debug. It almost looks like it is looping on something but the debug log is rather cryptic to me and I am unsure what it might be stuck on.

    Hi scristopher!

    • Can you confirm you are using the latest zextras release 2.0.3?
    • Did you run your tests on 2.0.1 and than upgraded to the 2.0.3?

The "Status: 144" you are reporting on debug log is related to an issue marked as resolved with the 2.0.2 release.

    Have a nice day.

I can confirm I am running 2.0.3 - actually the sync worked fine in the previous release which is odd, after upgrading to 2.0.3 is when the issue started.

    [zimbra@mail zextras_suite-2.0.3]$ zxsuite core getVersion

    zextras_version 2.0.3

    Hi scristopher,

    It's a bit weird!

This behaviour is related to the "Mobile Device Management" but any Outlook client shouldn't follow such policy setting... Can you check these settings?

    Code:
    zxsuite mobile getproperty ZxMobile_DeviceManagementEnabled
    zmprov ga OutlookUser@yourDomain.tld zimbraFeatureMobilePolicyEnabled
    ...and try to disable with:

    Code:
    zxsuite mobile setproperty ZxMobile_DeviceManagementEnabled false
    zmprov ma OutlookUser@yourDomain.tld zimbraFeatureMobilePolicyEnabled false
Let me know if this helps...
