can't sync after iOS 8.3 upgrade

    Hi,

One of my user upgraded his iPad and iPhone recently to iOS 8.3 and unable to sync since.
Another user who upgraded to iOS 8.3 did not experience problem.

For the one with problem, I can only see these lines in the sync.log, repeated 3 times

    2015-06-02 09:06:06,859 INFO [qtp509886383-80049:https://127.0.0.1:8443/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync] [tid=80049;account=username@xxxxxx.xxx;oip=127.0.0. 1;eas=14.1;rid=17676;] sync - Device asked server configurations, available EAS versions: 2.5,12.0,12.1,14.0,14.1

I have tried to replicate the issue by signing in to his account on a device that didn't experience problem, and the sync gone ahead fine.
3 times the same line as above, then

    2015-06-02 10:08:23,797 INFO [ZxMobile] [tid=80563;account=username@xxxxxx.xxx;id=GDOL80KJC 9289D8GFFR5DN9IEG;model=iPad;oip=127.0.0.1;eas=14. 1;rid=17793;] sync - Folders synchronization asked for username@xxxxxx.xxx

What is the best way to troubleshoot this or to workaround.
We have deleted the "Exchange" account profile in the iPad/iPhone and recreated the step, but it didn't help.

    Regards,

    Rusman

    Hi D0s0n,

I have deleted the user's devices from the admin console, and user has reported a good sync.
I guess I should have done that first.
It was still caused by the iOS 8.3 upgrade I believe.
    All good now.

    Thanks for your response.

    Regards,

    Rusman
