    Sync issue with CloudMagic (android app)

    Hi,
    I have just converted our server from Zimbra Professional Edition to the Community version 8.6.0 and installed the latest Zextras Suite 1.10.2
    In order not to loose the ActiveSync feature of the professional edition, I bought the license for the bundle.

    However, my Cloud Magic app in Android stop working and when I am doing trouble-shooting with the app support, this is what I get as reply from the team there:

    "From our logs we noticed that it does not confirm to ActiveSync protocol. The MessageClass for the emails was also empty and there were also errors where the time stamp fields were in an incorrect format. "


    Any suggestion for me on how to work around this? Anyway to tweak this in ZxMobile? I need ActiveSync.
    The feature is working fine in Zimbra Professional.

    I've got the same kind of error trying BlueMail.
    Let me know if you need some logs.

    Hello everybody!

    I've just had a quick chat with the Head Dev about this topic, and he said that Cloudmagic testing against ZeXtras Suite 2.0 is promising... The tests are not completed yet so I don't have all the details - we briefly discussed about Cloudmagic's similarities to the "Blackberry Internet Service" as opposed to a standard client app - but I'll be able to provide more info about this after the ZeXtras 2.0 beta phase starts.

    No news yet about BlueMail, but we'll give you a feedback about this aswell (probably after 2.0 is released).
