    bug sync outlook 2013

    Hi

    We have a big problem with Outlook 2013 and zextras mobile.
    Randomly, Outlook erase all mail in the reception box and try to resync all the mailbox. That will take a very long time.
    All the mail are in the webmail, nothing disappear........

    We don't know how why he do it.

    We have zimbra OSE 8.0.7 and zextras 1.10.1

    Could you please report the informations mentioned in sections 3.1 and 3.7 of the "How to report a ZeXtras Suite issue" guide? Please let the Account Logger run until the issue appears again and send the file over to community@zextras.com.

    Also, make sure you are running the very latest Outlook 2013 version.
