    issue with "open in a separate window" button

    Hi, I have Zimbra 8.0.7 (including the heartbleed patch) with ZeXtras 1.8.16. Chat module seems to work fine except that when you click on the "open in a separate window" button, you do in fact get a separate window that looks like it's the right size, but it's blank, and (at least in Firefox anyway) the mouse cursor turns into a red circle with a line through it when hovering over the window. Any suggestions?

    Can you please specify the exact version of your Firefox? Have you the same behavior with others browsers?

    Firefox 30.0. Tried on multiple computers. Also tried with latest versions of Chrome and Safari with the same issue.

    I'm glad to inform you that our mighty Dev Team found and fixed the cause of this issue: we'll be releasing version 1.19 of the ZeXtras Chat Zimlet within a few hours, which includes this fix...

    Update: Got 1.19 and it looks like it fixed the problem. Thanks for the help!

    Whoops, new problem. Now the window comes up properly, but when that window comes up, I have trouble clicking on things behind the popup window, on the main browser window (folders, messages, etc.). Most clicks are simply not registered.

    I have just stopped the new relese in order to better analyze this issue... maybe this fix wasn't tested enough!

    Hello bjquinn!

    The Dev Team found that the issue was caused by a Zimbra Web Client bug, so the ZeXtras Chat Zimlet 1.19 package was rebuilt in order to add a workaround and is now available for download and deployment through the usual channels.
