Hello Suman,
welcome to the forums!
It looks like the ZeXtras Chat Zimlet, which is the "client" component of ZeXtras Chat, is disabled (screenshot 3).
Enabling such Zimlet and making it available to your COS/users will make the ZeXtras Chat ui appeat in your users' webclient...

Dear Sir,
I am unable to enable the chat. The command "zxsuite chat setProperty ZxChat_Enabled true" also not working as it says the parameter "ZxChat_Enabled" not found.
"zxsuite chat server start" command is also not working.
I didn't find any "Enable" button in my scenario.
Please help.
Thanks

Hello Suman!
According to the screenshots you posted, the ZeXtras Chat server component is correctly running: you need to enable the ZeXtras Chat Zimlet and make it available to your COS/users:
Running
as the 'zimbra' user will enable the Zimlet.Code:zmzimletctl enable com_zextras_chat
In order to make the Zimlet available for a COS you can either use the Zimbra Administration Console ("Manage" -> "Class of Service" -> left click the class of service of your choice -> "Edit" -> "Zimlets" -> tick "Available" and select "Enabled" for the "com_zextras_chat" entry) or run the following command
as the 'zimbra' user.Code:zmprov mc COS_name +zimbraZimletAvailableZimlets \!com_zextras_chat
Have a nice day,
