    Chat Log for audit

    Hi,

    Can we have chat logs from the admin side for audit purposes ? One of my clients has approached us and asked for this.

    Hi anandi,

    There isn't any way to directly read chat messages, they are only saved on user's chat folders, I suggest you to open an "Enhancement" request on the ZeXtras Bugzilla to let the R&D and devs know that you are interested in this possibility.
