    ZeXtras Request Error

    Hello,

    I'm a new user of ZxChat, we deployed it to a ZCS 8.0.2 NE, multiserver instance (1 LDAP, 1 MTA, 1 STORE), we can deploy the zimlet to users, and the chat window appears correctly, BUT if I add a single user to my roster, the next time I log in I receive an error dialog with the message "ZeXtras Request Error", and nothing on the details on IE, Chrome and Safari

    If we use Firefox, we get the following error message:

    fileName: "https://MYMAILSERVER/service/zimlet/res/Zimlets-nodev_all.js.zgz?language=es&country=ES&cosId=4e42 a505-0d2e-4d87-be0a-0725ff7c0851", lineNumber: 7140

    If I inspect that file, requesting it in the same session, only shows the JS function for handling errors, but no details on what's going on.

    Quick update:

    The error is shown whenever I have an unauthorized user (who hasn't accepted me yet). If I force with doAddBuddies the error is gone.

    welcome to the forums!

    A broken ZeXtras Suite package has been put online by mistake during the release process of ZeXtras Suite 1.8.2.
    Re-downloading the ZeXtras Suite package and installing it will solve the issue
