    Question The ZeXtras Chat Server is not installed or is currently disabled.

    i have installed zxchat but still showing the message

    "The ZeXtras Chat Server is not installed or is currently disabled.
    Please contact your administrator."



    I'am using ubuntu server 12.04 64bit and zimbra 8.0.2

    my COS has been granted

    this is my zxsuite installed

    zimbra@server:~$ zxsuite chat getServerStatus


    server_status running

    active_sessions_count 0

    zimbra@server:~$ zxsuite core getVersion

    Hi elitecheetah,

    The ZeXtras Suite version you are currently running is not compatible with the ZeXtras Chat Zimlet version you have installed.
    Please update ZeXtras Suite to the latest version in order to be able to use the latest version of the ZeXtras Chat Zimlet.

    Unfortunately the message is an error.

    If you would help us to fix the message, please follow these steps:
    • Enter in the developer mode, using Google Chrome and pressing F12 (or Menu -> Tools -> Developer Tools)
    • Into the new window (or frame), select the "Network" tab.
    • Starting from the bottom of the list, search the voice called "ZxChatrequest" and select it with a click on the row.

    Report the informations that will be shown, we only need the voices "Request payload" and "Response".
