Thumbs up Zimbra very slowed because of ZxChat

Zimbra version : 8.7 (single server)
    ZxChat version : 1.36
    Linux : Ubuntu 14
    CPU : 4 x 2.3 GHz
    RAM : 16 Go
    Mailboxes : 1100

Problem: when we activate ZxChat on all mailboxes, Zimbra is very slowed for everything.
CPU and RAM are not impact: very correct values

Do you know this problem? Is there an issue?

    Hello Jimmyg!

The issue might be related to Zimbra's DOS filter kicking in: what's the value of the "zimbraHttpDosFilterMaxRequestsPerSec" configuration property in your server?

The value for "zimbraHttpDosFilterMaxRequestsPerSec" is 30.

We use whitelist for reverse proxies
    So "zimbraHttpThrottleSafeIPs" :
    10.32.146.131/32
    10.1.1.244/32
    10.1.1.130/32

    Hello Jimmyg!

I'd suggest to raise the Max Requests limit to 100/150 and see if that improves the usability of the WebClient, if it doesn't the next step is to check your logs for recurring errors (especially mailbox.log, zmmailboxd.out and the proxy's)...

    Have a nice day,
