    Lightbulb Zxchat Problema

    Tenho instalado ZEXTRAS suite 2.2.4 e chat também, porem o chat está com um comportamento estranho e gostaria de uma ajuda.


    Quando clica para abrir chat após fechar a conversa não mais abre nem com um clique em nem duplo. Ocorre também ao chamar o contato para chat não aparece a notificação que tem alguem chamando. Testes forma com Windows 10 e Chrome e também com Windows 8.1 e Firefox.

    Estou com Zimbra 8.7 GA./Centos 7

    If you close a chat by clicking on the X next after not reopen the dialogue with buddy window
    Test with chrome ie firefox and windows10.

    welcome to the forums!

    Does the same issue appear when accessing the WebClient in Dev Mode (by adding "?dev=1" to the URL, e.g. https://mail.domain.com/?dev=1)? Does this affect all users?

    Hello!
    I have the same problem (OSX 10.10, Safari & Firefox).
    This issue affect all users and remains in zimbra's dev mode.
    Cleaning cache (zmprov fc zimlet com_zextras_chat) does not solve the issue.

    já realizei todos os procedimentos sugeridos, não abre o chat quando clica e só abre após f5. Poderiamos nos auxiliar por favor

    thanks for the reply,

    the problem is present with all users.
    By accessing the WebClient in Dev Mode (by adding "? Dev = 1 the problem is not trapped .. when trying to establish a chat with the dialog box does not appear and Ion the user debugging is nothing written

    the problem is present with all users when you try to reopen the dialog box

    I can confirm the presence of the issue introduced by some modifications of Zimbra 8.7.
    A fix is committed to the main branch and will be delivered in the next version (1.36) of the ZeXtras Chat Zimlet.
