ZeXtras Chat Server не установлен или отключен (not installed or turned off)

Hello.
I have installed http://www.zextras.com/download/zext...ool-latest.tgz to migrate data from old server to new.
Migration process some freezed and i decided to install to old zimbra server chat.
I have downloaded http://www.zextras.com/download/zext...ite-latest.tgz and tried to install it:

It seems like Core was already installed when i have installed ZeXtras Migration Tool.
After this i have installed ZeXtras Chat Zimlet, activated it for users and restarted Zimbra Server.
When i log in to my mailbox i see message like "ZeXtras Chat Server не установлен или отключен (not installed or turned off)" and chat don't work.
How i can check status of ZeXtras Chat Server and fix this problem at all?

Please remove them before installing ZeXtras Suite.

ZeXtras Suite and the ZeXtras Migration Tool are separate pieces of software that are not meant to be installed together: uninstalling the ZeXtras Migration Tool will allow you to install ZeXtras Suite successfully...

Ah, sorry, i have skipped this message.
Is it mean that some later when i will migrate data of zimbra server i should uninstall ZeXtras Suite and install ZeXtras Migration Tool?

Not really: ZeXtras Backup includes an "Export Backup" feature that works exactly as the one included in the Migration Tool, and also opens up the option of an incremental migration

Till i haven't licenses of ZeXtras Suite and for free Chat i want to install just core of ZeXtras Suite (w/o zimlets).
Could i export data of zimbra server with this setup? Or i must install full edition of ZeXtras Suite (with zimlets)?

Hello d3nz!

All of ZeXtras Suite/ZxMig features are provided by the "core" component, while the zimlets provide the User Interface for those. Installing the ZeXtras Administration Zimlet is not necessary since all features are available thrhough the ZeXtras CLI - "zxsuite" command for ZeXtras Suite and "zxmig" for ZeXtras Migration Tool - but it's highly suggested if you don't want to manage everything through the CLI...

Should you need an Extended Trial License at any time, feel free to open a Sales Request at ZeXtras Support Portal!

Hello.
After installation of ZeXtras Suite (Core) i can't find "zxmig" in /opt/zimbra/bin/.
Should i uninstall ZeXtras Suite (Core) and install zextras_migration_tool to migrate mailboxes from this zimbra server to another?

As mentioned before, the ZeXtras Migration Tool and ZeXtras Suite are mutually exclusive: once you install ZeXtras Suite the appropriate `zxsuite` CLI command will be available instead of `zxmig`.

I have this message in Admin Console: Your trial period is expired. Click here to obtain a new one or apply for an Extended Trial License.
When i click to "apply for an Extended Trial License" opening page ZeXtras Support Portal.
How i can use trial extended license to migrate data?

The Extended Trial License is fully featured just as the "regular" one, so you'll be able to use ZeXtras Suite for 30 additional days without any limitation
