    It's really easy: just log into the Support Portal - use your ZeXtras Account or create it if you don't have one - and open an "Extended Trial License request": our Sales Team will get in touch with you and provide you with an Extended Trial License...

    You can open the "Extended Trial License" request at ZeXtras Support Portal ("Submit a Request" on the top-right corner)...

    We have a serious problem with our current zcs ose and we should use "Incremental Migration" of ZeXtras Suite for online migration of mailboxes to another zcs ose.
    If ZXS will help us in resolving this problem we'll decide to buy it.
    Sorry for all offtopic messages.
    DB of our ZCS is crumbling after datastore crush and i hope that we can save any data.....

    We are in a similar situation to d3nz... But in our case, we have enjoyed the free Zextras Chat through two Zimbra updates and are long past our Extended Trial License. Would it be possible for us to extend the trial licence again to be able update the chat function?

    Hello Rick,
    welcome to the forums!

    ZeXtras Suite does not require a valid license to be updated: downloading and installing the latest package found on our website will always do the trick, no matter the kind of license you (don't) have installed on your server

    Hi Cine,

    Our programmer replied:

    "Rick, when I download and install (the suite) a message appears that my trial license has expired. If we had the server empty or recently installed, it would be different."

    Basically, I'm back at square one. Re-installing the Zimbra Server and ZeXtras Suite fresh, and then restoring our emails from backup is not a good option. We can't afford to have the server down for the time it would take to do that.

    Any guidance or help would be very much appreciated.

    Hello Rick!

    That's a generic error that appears every time the mailboxd service is started/restarted, but it doesn't affect the installation/update process nor the functionality of ZeXtras Chat: is there any specific error that prevents the update process to be completed? Could you please send me a screenshot of the error?
