    error ZcChat , 1.21

    hello upgrade to the latest version and now when I want to send a chat I get this error

    This issue appear in every (or many) client or just in your?
    On which browser (and version) is the client running?

    I need some more informations like:
    - Which version of ZeXtras have you deployed?
    - Which version of Zimbra is running in your system?
    - Have you enabled the offline synchronization on your Zimbra Web client? (available on Zimbra 8.5)

    Assuming you have deployed the latest version of ZeXtras Suite (v1.10.0) on Zimbra 8.5, there is a known issue about the offline synchronization.

    Try to flush the cache of your Zimbra installation with the command (run as zimbra):
    Code:
    $ zmprov fc all
    After that try to reload the page on your browser and let we know is the issue will remain.

    Could you please re-deploy the ZeXtras Chat Zimlet using the "Deploy" button found in the "ZxChat" section of the ZeXtras Administration Zimlet and clear the server's cache with the command provided by Bud?
