ZxChat Enable On COS but disable on members COS

    Hi All,

i just install Zextras ZxChat in my Zimbra mail server. To enable ZxChat on all users, i change/enable via COS. On COS has been enable, but on account members on COS still disable. Any idea? or how to enable zimlets ZxChat via CLI?

    Thanks,
    Have a nice day

    Hello Imanudin11!

The ZeXtras Chat Zimlet can be managed with Zimbra's standard zimlet options and CLI commands (zmzimletctl and zmprov).
If you enabled the ZeXtras Chat Zimlet on a Class of Service, make sure that the users in that class of service are set to inherit their Zimlet settings from the CoS: you can do so by making sure that the "Use COS settings" is active within the "Zimlets" section of an account's settings in the Zimbra Administration Console.

    Hi Cine,

Thanks for you reply and advice. I decide to use Zimbra CLI (zmzimletclt and zmprov) to enable ZxChat Zimlet
