    Thumbs up Scheduling not working - Smart and Full

    Hello everyone,

    I'm very newbie in ZExtras, i'm using 1.8.16 version, Zimbra 8.0.4 - RedHat 64bits.

    Everytime I click in "Run SmartScan" or "Run FullScan" it works correctly,

    But schedule does not work.

    ================================
    How it is:

    - Enable Scan Operation Scheduling is ENABLE
    - RealTime Scanner is DISABLE
    - Daily SmartScan at: 11:00 am
    - Fullscan on: Wedn
    - Run SmartScan at Startup: Disable
    - Data Retention Policies: 30 days
    ================================

    In ZExtras Notifications, there is no schedule jobs, just the one that I run manually.

    There is a log, or some "cronjob" that I can look at the 'Schedule time' to see what is wrong?

    Can anyone help my team with this?

    PS: System DATE is correct.

    Hello Ícaro,
    welcome to the forums!

    All ZxBackup operations are logged in the mailbox.log file, so you can check that for any error or warning message at the time a scheduled scan should start. Feel free to post your findings here or to send the logfile to community@zextras.com...

    Hello Cine!

    I let a "tail -f /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log |grep -i zextras" in Scheduled time. Nothing pass... =/

    Do you know if there is a way to restart ZExtras zimlet?

    Still not working... Every schedule, nothing in ZxNotifications and nothing in mailbox.log =/

    The use of 'tail' is not suggested here, and furthermore the lines are tagged with "ZxBackup" or "ZxBackup Thread", so grepping "zextras" is unlikely to bring any result...

    Hello Cine!

    It's working just when I set 12:00 (midday) the SmartScan, FullScan never work's with "schedule".

    Example: It's set to make SmartScan at midday, when I changed to 13:00 (or another time) nothing pass in mailbox.log .

    See mailbox.log at 12:00:
