    Hello idr_mito!

    I have not been able to reproduce your issue on our test enviroment, so could you please set the Start Time to 4am and send me the output of the following commands?

    - zxsuite backup getProperty
    - zxsuite backup getServices

    The only thing i could compare and see it's different from another ZeXtras that is working fine is: ZxBackup_FullScanPurgeWeekDay, normaly it is "6" but in this case it is "5".

    Hello idr_mito!

    The ZxBackup_FullScanPurgeWeekDay property defines in which day of the week the FullScan must be executed instead of the Smart Scan: in your case, your server is set to execute it on Friday (day 5) as opposed of the default Saturday.


    Could you please run the following commands and try to start a new scheduled *Scan?

    zxsuite backup doRestartService fullscan-cron
    zxsuite backup doRestartService smartscan-cron

    I restart it and set it to Midday (now it's 11:04AM here in Brazil =D). As today is Friday, it should run the FullScan today.

    Hello Cine, It Works!

    But now, Looks like this ZeXtras is kidding me.

    Now it's working Full and Smart as I set the time! (I've just restart it with the commands that you pass)

    But now, it's ALWAYS starting 3 SMARTSCAN. So, start one, finished and start more 2 after it.

    3 Days with the same issue....

    Crazy things, I will try change the schedule time... and other things. I'm just reporting you. Thanks so much Cine!

    Restarting the mailboxd service should get rid of this kind of issues, I'll prompt the devs to have a look at your case so that we'll be able to identify the cause of this whole scheduling service malfunctioning...

    I restarted mailbox and it's working correctly now! Just one smartscan a day.

    "zmmailboxdctl restart"

    I'm really glad it works

    I've had a talk with the devs, and they said that they found a loophole in ZxBackup's scheduling session management that might be cause for what's happened - which will be fixed in ZeXtras Suite 1.8.17...
