    Duplicate messages

    HI everybody.

    I'm migrating the accounts of a Zimbra server to another using the ZXbackup and everything was going well, but I had to stop the process and then start again. After that many messages were duplicated. What could have happened?

    When migrating users were accessing accounts with Outlook.

    Hello Marcelo!

    Item duplication occours when the mapfiles created by the External Restore in the destination server are either unreadable, corrupted or do not exist.
    Could you please tell me the Zimbra/ZeXtras Suite versions you are running and the exact steps you've taken to migrate your accounts?

    The version of ZExtras is 1.8.15 and Zimbra version is 7.2.6 FOSS.

    To import I click "Import Backup" then inform the folder where the backup is stored, then I choose the domain, and finally choose the accounts.
