    Hello khilmi!

Could you please send the import logfile of the failed import to community@zextras.com and try to start the import via the ZeXtras Administration Zimlet?

    Hello khilmi!

Could you please also send the appropriate mailbox.log file?

By the way, may I suggest you to update your Zimbra install? Version 8.0.2 is quite old and IIRC is affected by a critical issue that could cause LDAP corruption...

    Have a nice day,

thank you cine for your respon,
finally i found what the problem is, i miss run full scan, hehe i am sorry cine
anyway when i run zxbackup in GUI, i have an error "please select a valid path", actually i already fill with a valid path
i think maybe that error because i mount my external harddisk (containing folder account and items) and i fill the path with it path (/home/administrator/zimbraexport)
for now, i copy everything in my external harddisk (/home/administrator/zimbraexport) to the default path of zxbackup (/opt/zimbra/backup/zextras)
still coping right now, i estimate it take 1 day and half to complete the job
so if i found another problem i will ask you again hehe

    thank you cine

    Greetings Khilmi!

If you initialized /opt/zimbra/backup/zextras/ on the destination server with a FullScan you need to copy your data on a different and dedicated directory, as manually copying files over the active Backup Path will break the consistency of both the exported data and running backup.

I suggest to stop the RealTime Scanner on the destination server, clear the /opt/zimbra/backup/zextras/ directory and copy the contents of your external hard disk to a dedicated directory making sure that the 'zimbra' user has both read and write permissions on that very directory.

    Have a nice day,
    Cine
