    Disk space / backup place

    Hi Guys,

I recently bought the complete package Zextras and configured the Backup Zextras.
A few days later I get a message that I have only 30GB free on my OS/Zimbra partition.

When I set up the Zextras pointed in the GUI:
    Backup path: / mailbox2/backup/zextras

    # df -h
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
    * RAID 1 SO and Zimbra Installation
    /dev/sda1 249G 207G 30G 88% /
    tmpfs 20G 0 20G 0% /dev/shm
    * RAID 5 with 3x 2TB disks
    /dev/sdb1 1.9T 299G 1.5T 17% /mailbox1 - zimbra store partition
    /dev/sdb2 1.8T 527G 1.2T 32% /mailbox2 - backup partition

I found a folder /opt/zimbra/backup/zextras with 194G! can I delete this folder without cause problems on Zextras Backup?

    Regards

    Hello fredmdl!

/opt/zimbra/backup/zextras/ is the default backup path for ZeXtras Backup, but since you changed your backup path to /mailbox2/backup/zextras/ you can freely delete the contents of the original path after making sure it's not used anymore.

If you migrated to this server using ZeXtras Backup, I'd suggest to compress and keep any mapfiles you find in /opt/zimbra/backup/zextras/ for future reference - you shouldn't need those mapfiles anymore, but y'all know I'm paranoid

    Have a nice day,

    Cine,
    Thanks for the tip =)
    And the quick response.
My concern was that the folder had files for running the tool...

    Regards
