Hi aslam.beg and welcome to the forums!

It seems that zimbra user haven't full permission on your backup path.
Could you please provide the informations described in the "The Golden Rule" sections of the "IMPORTANT - How to report a ZeXtras Suite issue" announcement thread and, in your particular case, the output of
    Code:
    ls -la /mailbackup/zextras

    Hello asiam.beg!

in addition to the informations requested by d0s_on (the ones described in the "The Golden Rule", "General", and "ZxBackup" sections of the IMPORTANT - How to report a ZeXtras Suite Issue announcement thread), could you please post the output of the following command?

    Code:
    getfacl /mailbackup/zextras/*
It looks like the permissions on the folder might not be correct, and in this case it's important to know the full extended permissions for the involved files.
I would also like to know more about the mountpoint and storage device used (type of storage, filesystem, /etc/fstab mount options etc...).

    Have a nice day,
    Cine

    Hello aslam.beg!

Looks like the mountpoint is not properly configured:

Changing "user=nobody" to "user=zimbra" should do the trick!
Remember that the 'zimbra' user must have read and write permissions on all files and directories in the backup path...

    Have a nice day,

    Hello aslam.beg,

as said in my previous response, you need to make sure that the 'zimbra' user has full r/w access to the backup path.
Unfortunately, I'm not able to provide you with a step-by-step guide or with a 100% guaranteed solution, as this depends on your server and storage configuration and not on ZeXtras Suite itself.

    Hello aslam.beg,
looks like the 'zimbra' user does not have enough permissions to change the ownership of /mailbackup/zextras/ and of its files/subdirectories.

Running the same command as root will probably work, but I strongly suggest you to doublecheck all permission settings (including your extended permissions/ACLs) to make sure you are setting it up correctly...

    Have a nice day,
