    ZxBackup stuck on restoring calendaritem

    Hi,

    First what I use:
    Zextras 1.8.6 on both sites
    Zimbra 7.1.3 on both sites
Destination machine: Ubuntu 10.04.4 LTS x64
Source: I THINK it is equal
I only have one server on each site

I backuped 13 domains from the source server, that is going to be moved into the destination.
Rsynced that files to the destination host, and started restore. It seems to start correctly, however, the latest 12 hours nothing has been been done.

    Last output from
    zextras_ZxBackup_ExternalRestore_87d65d8d-e161-4219-ae43-4125f5026134.log

    is:

    2013-06-05 22:39:16,200 INFO Adding item 65521 => 28688
    2013-06-05 22:39:16,201 DEBUG Restoring item 64574

Looking in mailbox.log, this is the latest log entry from ZxBackup:

    What can be the issue?

    Nobody?

I've tested to delete the item, and I'm rerunning just now to see if it happens again. What should I do if it happens again?

    Hello Zyberzero,
    welcome to the forums!

Our devs are checking your report and I'll report back to you ASAP... If you could send both the export and import logs to community@zextras.com it would be of great help...

    Have a nice day,

    Hello Zyberzero!

In addition to the export and import logs, could you also please run the following command and send the resulting /opt/zimbra/data/tmp/zmdiaglog.PID file to the aforementioned email address?

    Code:
    /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmdiaglog -ajz
It's important to run this command while the import is stuck, so if you restarted the mailboxd or manually stopped the operation please start it again and execute this command if the same issue appears.

    Hello Zyberzero!

I've checked the data you sent together with the devs and it looks like you are affected by Zimbra bug #65408, updating to Zimbra 7.1.4+ should solve the issue.

    Hi Cine,

Thanks for your quck reply (as I sent in the files yesterday...)

Do I need to upgrade only the destination, or both?

    Thanks,
    Zyber

    Hello Zyber,

I'd suggest to upgrade both if the source server is in production (this is a very pesky bug and it would be annoying if it happened during an export), but the destination server is the only one for which the upgrade is strictly necessary...

Any news about this? Did upgrading Zimbra solve the issue?
