    Invalid GUID in ZD

I've just used zextras to migrate from a machine to another (7 to 8) and I've noticed that all Zimbra Desktop installations are broken due to the zextras changing the identifiers while restoring the accounts. Is there any way of changing the stored Zimbra Desktop account identifier so that it maches the new one on the server?

Also after restore I've been seeing this sort of errors in my log, can it mean that some of my emails got broken during transfer?

    Hello iamcypher!

After a migration, Zimbra Desktop must be reconfigured - because ZD bounds itself to the "zimbraID" of the account, which is a property defined by Zimbra at the creation of an account and it is not editable in any way. I'm not aware of any way to change the ZD config in order to only update such field (some users report that disabling and re-enabling the account does the trick, while others report that the account must be deleted and created from scratch).

Regarding the exception you report, the URLs don't look right (there an orphaned ']' in the first one and I fail to recognize the query format of the second one), I'm positive that it is not a corruption-related issue.
What version of ZD are you using? The release notes are a bit unclear about this, but it looks like that you need ZD 7.2.1 to work with Z8...

    Have a nice day,
