    Migration issue with ZxBackup - shared calendars

    Hello,

    I performed the incremental migration between ZCS 6.0.13 and 7.2.0 using ZxBackup 1.4.0.
    Most of it went well, with 2 exceptions:

    - Some of the shared calendars are not working. The calendar name is migrated, but it's empty (has no appointments). I didn't notice this issue for calendars used by 1 account, but only for calendars created at 1 account and shared to others. Do you have a fix for this? Or maybe a way to migrate these without running ZxBackup all over again?

    - 2 accounts could not be migrated completely. The import process got stuck, and I had to remove these users from the import list for the procedure to continue. I tried importing only these 2 as a separate process, but the same thing happened.

    Could you help me with these issues?

    PS: I migrated those 2 accounts using zmztozmig (Zimbra tool)...however, that calendar issue remains unresolved

    Hello Egond!

    To fix the calendar issue you need to run the doCheckShares and doFixShares CLI commands. This commands check and fix share consistency, and are always to be used when importing users from the same server in multiple batches.

    Hello again,

    can you also please send me via email (community@zextras.com) the External Import logs related to the stuck processes along with the files (metadata and data) of the last item you can see in the log? The metadata file can be found at /path/to/your/data/accounts/[account id]/[last 2 numbers of the item id]/[item id], while to locate the data file open the metadata one with a text editor and see if it begins with [{"digest":"DigestCode" (only some items do, e.g. emails do and contacts don't). If so you will find the data file in /path/for/the/data/items/[first 2 characters of the DigestCode]/[DigestCode].

    Hi Cine,

    Running doFixShares solved some of the errors...however, I still see several issues on the notifications, such as:
    "Unable to fix mountpoint (...): not enough data." (for the shared calendars)

    Is there another way to fix those?

    (I'll send you the External Import logs you requested later...)
