    Can you please post an extract of the mailbox.log which the exception that appears when a user is trying to login?

    Seems that the default domain is not set on the new server, you'll have to set it before authenticating with the "partial" username or use the complete email address to authenticate (ZeXtras Backup doesn't import Server Settings)...

    OK, set up the default domain but now I get:

    Also noticed that on the new server the accounts don't show the First name and Last name as in Production.
    In Last name I see Account name.

    Cine, the logfile is 139 MB, I suppose that's too big to send by email.
    Also I think Posix is causing the problem.
    It's missing on the new server.

    Hello Perry,

    the log is in a 100% text format, so compressing it should greatly reduce the size of the file.

    Also, I don't get what's missing on your server, as Posix is not a package or a software...

    Hello Perry,

    I received the email and I see many LDAP exceptions in your Import log caused by some missing attributes, which I assume are the ones created by the Posixaccount zimlet...

    Installing the zimlet and re-running the import should fix the problem (account settings will be reimported while all existing data will be skipped).
