    Hi, why smartscan skip one active mailbox in same COS?

    Hi EROC,
    and welcome to the Zextras forum.

    I suppose you are talking about the "Latest Scan" label.
    Generally speaking, it is not an issue: it only means that the SmartScan did not found anything to back up after the latest scan, because the RealTime scanner has already worked all the items.

    Naturally, other factors could interferes with the SmartScan operation. eg
    - a server restart or a mailboxd failure before working on the account
    - an I/O error in the storage

    If you have any doubt about the backup health, you can always execute a "smart scan deep" and take a look at the backup maintenance wiki page
