    Problems with Export/Import

    Good day.

    I have problems with the migration with zextras. I did all the steps from https://wiki.zextras.com/wiki/ZxBack...ZeXtras_Backup, i have no errors in the export and restore, but i can see after the restore, some mailbox doesn't all the content from the source, moreover, some of them has the mailbox empty.

    This is the source (with the expired license)

    Release 8.6.0_GA_1153.RHEL6_64_20141215151258 RHEL6_64 NETWORK edition, Patch 8.6.0_P7.

    Hi PERjham and wellcome to our forums.

    your main problem is using an expired license on source server, probably it exipired before the backup module could save the missing data...

    I can suggest to:
    • install a new license (on both servers)
    • upgrade zextras also on the source server with last zextras version
    • re-initialize your backup-path with a deep smart-scan "zxsuite backup doSmartScan deep true" (and maybe a coherency check)
