    stuck at adding item

    on of the account restored stuck at adding item

    where i should look at for possible problem?

    Hello Malayo,

    you can check the following files for errors:

    /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log
    /opt/zimbra/log/zextras_ZxBackup_ExternalRestore_[operation id].log


    Also please check if the destination mailbox has exceeded its quota usage.

    To check what item is causing this, check the metadata file located at:
    /your_export_path/accounts/5634020a-a16a-443a-82ea-e64ef23dc454/items/73/50273

    inside this file you'll find the item's digest (look for a "digest":"digest_code" part),
    the complete item can be found at:
    /your_export_path/items/first_two_characters_of the_digest_code/digest_code
    (e.g. if the digest is "aBC123456789=" the file will be at items/aB/aBC123456789=)

    It's a gzip-compressed file so you'd need to use "zless" to inspect it.

    also, if i redo the restore 4 times, i will get 4 duplicate emails for that particular account.

    is this a known issue?

    Hello Malayo,
    this is not a known issue...

    Such behaviour usually happens when there is a problem with the mapfiles (e.g. missing write permissions for the 'zimbra' user in the Backup Path).

    Can you please give me a detailed explaination of your ZeXtras setup and of the operations that caused the error?
    I'd like to know:

    - What ZeXtras Suite version are you running?
    - What kind of operation are you performing (External Import, Restore on New Account)?
    - Is the backup path initialized?
    - Is the Real Time Scanner active?
    - Did you start the operation via the ZeXtras Administration Zimlet or via the ZeXtras CLI?
    - Did you get any warnings/errors in the "Operation Complete" notification?
    - Are there any warnings/errors in the operation log?
